*Cough Cough* ... now 23.17.. juz came back from TRAINING.. now dis is wat i call training!!! We are having a speed comp dis sunday so our new coach is trying their best to prepare us for it.. i did join a speed come last yr.. was in TPSC's TEAM STUFFY.. but was a juz clipper.. i knew i did well.. so juz now we really did stretching.. nazib guide.. den went to the squash court for some climbing.. STAIRS CLIMBING.. wah lau.. tell you ah.. our legs ah.. jelly sia.. run up n down.. STEP BY STEP!! den after 9 rounds.. go back wall.. do speed... first hv to familiarise the route.. so we top rope up carrying a bag half full of broken tiles n 2 dumb bells.. den come down.. den *zooooommmm* we speed.. i choke at the starting but manage to reach the top in 12.54 sec!! however dat was slow.. some did as fast as 8+.. nvm.. i think i can do well ah.. den after that. the grouping.. i'm in the mixed team.. together wif fusszlee, illyas, asad and wen bin.. yeah.. i think we are a strong team.. finish quickly wash up n rush hm wif kam, li n dale.. met sharon on the bus..
earlier todae.. was suppsed to meet fiza at 12.. but that sickening supervisor come to the free access lab at 11.55 n stayed till 12.20.. wah lau.. but like last time.. told fiza oreadi.. if i late she proceed wif her plans.. aishah oso not happy.. she brought her fren to the lab.. nadia.. last time got come rock oso.. 4 or 5 times oni.. she gotta wait for the supervisor to finish.. den finish meet fusszlee,amayat,rino,nenek n xx at plaza den we got Dsign.. but full so thought of going Mensa.. but somehow Sufi decided to play table tennis.. played till 2.. i win him 3 games to 2.. haha.. loser!! den go back lab.. slack.. den aishah call go free access lab.. meet her wif the components but i say i tired so we go slack at library at the scv there.. until 5 den go scan out den go plaza meet others den eat at Mensa.. den go rock.. ya.. dats it.. ah one more thing.. i passes my Level 2... yaa!!
