Monday

Reported at Pump Room at 10 for Rock On Intensive Training Camp. Came wif Chey-T and Encik Ahmad. We were early. No one was there. Had a quick breafast at Biznes Park with MeiYi and Chey-T and Encik Ahmad. Had hotcakes.

Started hanging on the fingerboard. Five fingers. 4 fingers. 3 fingers. 2 fingers. Then proceed to Sweat Shop for some gym exercise. Went to four stations and did 4 sets of 15. Chey-T did a shuttle run on the threadmill and injured his little finger.

Lunch was great.

Boulder in Pump Room. Did quite well in the simple route.

Tried onsighting a new route. Shit I'm not good. Fell at the third or forth clip.

Went to Alumni Lounge for night activities. Watched climbing video and played stuffed pool.

Went to sleep. But can't. Woke up at 3 and joined some of the rest at GodPa's office. Had maggie mee. Played some Win Lose Or Draw. Slept at 5.

Tuesday
Woke up at 6.30. Washed up and assemble for PT. Ah Sa'ad headshot Black wif her shoe. Had a run around school before breakfast.

Boulder again before proceeding to National Climbing Centre, Yishun Safra.

Lead up the right overhang. Fell 5 clips below anchor on the left wall. Twice. Tried onsighting a 6A+ Blue Route but was unable to reach the top. Juz to clips away.

Bouldered a bit before washing up. My Madrock Shark has a hole in the sole.

Wednesday

Bouldered at ITE(Dover). Did some good route. My Shark still has a hole in the sole.

Thursday

Went to lab with Aishah. Did nothing and then proceed to Library. Accompanied her before meeting White and Chey-T at level 7. Went to S11 when Black arrive.

Bouldered a bit before going home.

Friday

Reach school at 9.30. Nisa came to help me with my PCB. Its done for now. Had breakfast with her. Aishah came later just to waste time.

After prayers, went home to catch some sleep.

Met FirE at tampines interchange at 4.30. Went to Al-Falah mosque before meeting the rest at 5.30.

Yan made a surprising appearance.
FirB came with a stone face.
White, Black and Kam came after their Supp paper. Black didn't take his Supp paper.
Nisa was wandering around not knowing we had arrive before her. Who else was there?

Had icecream outside Shaw House. Met DamnDopey. Proceed to City Hall to fetch Lyn from work. Walked to the coffeshop behind Parco Bugis. Mud, Wak Ajib, Ilyas and Wen Bin joined us there. We had dinner.

Walked to Al-Majlis for sheesha. Chee(bdae boy), Ah Sa'ad and Dale, Encik Ahmad joined us. Chee was from YMCA, Ah Sa'ad from Womens Secret and the other two from home.

Took pictures in front of Gotham City.

Saturday
Went visiting with family. Went to Cik Amnah's house, Obek and Nek Neng house. Didn't get to join the rest at climbasia.

Sunday
Played soccer with Istighfar peeps. Then went to Small Mac to meet up wif Chey-T and Black to go Wak Ajib's house. Waited 20mins for White at the Bustop. Watch the camp video. It was great. Black was the higlight of the show. Played PS after that.

Went to school to take harness for tomorrow.
I'm tired. Mayb i need to go JB later.
