Wednesday, June 2 - twenty fourth to thirtieth may thousand four

wow.. wat a week it had been!

Monday
Reported at 8 at Costa Sands for High Element or APL training. Me and a few others are werking under Seal Sports conducting camps for Primary 5 students. Ends late and then proceed to Pump Room for a bit of training. Went home to relax and get ready for tomoro.

TuesdayWoke up and receive a call from Hafiz. He needed company to make his matric card at La Selle. Met him at 1 and proceed to La Selle. Then joined the other climbers at Campers Corner. Thought of getting mayb a MadRock Dancer, or a LaSportiva Flash or lastly a FiveTen Anasazi Velcro. But in the end, i'm sticking to my FiveTen V10. Went home to collect my climbing stuff and headed to Pump Room to bust some moves. The climbers were making a video for Sporting Culture. Glad to be part of it.

Wednesday
Reported at 8 at Costa Sands for work. Will be setting up some high elements on the tress at Aloha Changi. OOOooo... hard work.. Got a rope burn at the back from my neck after a fall while walking on a tight rope. Of all places.. BACK OF MY NECK.. A SPOT WHERE I CANT AVOID WATER FLOW WHEN BATHING!!!. Was totally shagged but forced myself to go to Pump Room to train. My shagness was shown on my face and people kept asking me why i looked so tired. Went home and slept.

Thursday
Reported at 7 at Costa Sands for another day of work. This time i'm stationed at the Commando Cliff in Changi together with Sa'ad and Dzul. Me and Dzul belayed Pri 5 kids abseiling down. It was a long day. Sa'ad belayed the kids climbing up the cliff. After work met the other climbers stationed at the High Element and had dinner at Downtown East. Went home and slept.

Friday
Same.Reported at 7 at Costa Sands for another day of work. This time firE replaced Dzul coz he is down with fever. Same work. But worse. The sun is up. Making me black. Get to know some cute Instructors. By the way, my position/rank in this job is known as High Element Specialist. Went home and rest.

Saturday
PUMPFEST!. This bouldering comp organised by NUSODAC have long i waited and trained for. However, i did badly. Very bad. Maybe becoz i'm tired after 3 days of hard work. Got the second last position.
Sunday
Came down youth park to watch the finals. From TP, black,firE,zero,king and ilyas qualified for the finals in the Mens Intermediate category. Black came in second while the other 4 occupy the last 4 placing. Lyn was there. She treated my lunch. Sa'ad came later while she had her one hour break. Dropped by Suntec with Lyn, black and firE before going home.

Oh wat a week it had been. Wondering when can i get my pay so as i could get myself a 501. 7july, Rock On 2004, Mens Under-20 category. trying my best to at least perform better than last yr. wish me luck.
