training has been ceased to give way to the term test.
todays training was great. did 1 and a half round around the gym, listening to my MD. white was right. wif music stuck in ur head, u feel alone and can concentrate more. thanks white for that tip.
did 10 sets of 8 pull ups after that. managed to complete it wif minimum struggle. pround of myself. then did some routes. some good routes.
tomoro i;m having microwave technology quiz yet i have yet to revise.
